Xp-bar for nobles

Title, i would like to have a xp bar (probably under overview) so i can see how much xp my nobles have/how much is missing till next level.

As bonus: If you hover that bar it tells you how much % of that xp were made for/from the different jobs (i think game distinguishes that for leveling skills already)
