Fields planned out and tilled in winter bug out in spring

I layed out these fields in winter and set the crops and my farmers tilled them then already (i have one with highest prio and several on lower), now in spring they dont plant and only the till-command is available. They dont do it though (even rushing the command lets them do nothing).

This affects the meal bean, cotton and octoberry farm, the corn farm is older (and i just expanded that in winter iirc)

Edit: Even destroying the fields and remaking on same spot does nothing, making a new field on untilled soil triggers the farmer directly.
