allow animals to do Hauling (and maybe Farming/tilling?)

Under the ranching skill tree, add a "Hauling" option so that once you have high enough ranching skill you can have your animals help with hauling, and maybe a "Tilling" option so that they can help with farming. These are traditional animal jobs, so it feels thematic.
