Nobles should be more proactive about their Sleep/Comfort/Food needs

My nobles are scheduled for "Any" for most the day, and they STILL get all the way to Starving sometimes. I'd like them to default to being more self-serving. Automatically eating before they have the Hungry complaint would be really nice, taking naps if they're sleepy, etc.
