Noble automatically "Want" any piece of clothing they're missing

I have a noble who wants a new shirt, even though they already have a fancy one on, but they've been walking around without any pants and don't have a Want for it. It would be nice if the Wants were related to their Clothing need. I'd also like if they all Wanted anything they were missing -- melee weapon, ranged weapon, robe, grappling hook -- but wanting Lower and Upper when they're naked is the main thing for me.
