Buff "Green Thumb"

Green Thumb is a fun power, but it's disappointing to only make one corn stalk grow in your field of 300.

Possible ways to do this:
* it turns on an effect where plants that the Farmer/Logger interacts automatically get green-thumbed for the duration

* it effects a radius

* it has a very short cooldown (not my favorite because it's very micro heavy)

* it has less power on farm plants, but affects the whole farm (or affects the whole farm up to a limit)
