Advanced Topic search: include names in search, so I can type "Bishop Killabi" instead of "me"/"I"

If I want the Ruler to talk about themself, I can type "me" or "i" but those don't limit things a lot. It would be nice to be able to type the ruler's name so I don't just get every topic that has the strings "me" or "i".
