Global settings for behaviour of nobles/certain tasks? (Input welcome)

Would be nice to have some global settings regarding certain tasks and noble behaviour. Lots of possibilities, but the things that came to my mind would be stuff like for example:

- How nobles treat fallen enemies after combat has ended (execute/capture them)

- Priority settings for hauler (what they should priorise to carry/store, eg food first, then ores, then stone then wood, you get it)

- Priority settings for cleaners (like roomtypes, always keep bunkroom/dining room clean)

Pretty sure others can come up with more ideas :)
