Bows are needed as starting gear

- This is a problem even in the ramp-up tutorial: BOWS. The first thing they always seem to ask for is for you to mark animals for them to hunt. But they never have a BOW for it! I have to wait until I can learn how to make them OR wait until someone who absolutely adores my leader to come sell me one. I've got nobles asking me left and right to mark animals to hunt, but no one can do anything about it! In this last game I've started, I tried buying from the first group that visited, and the bow was like 125 coins! And trying to level up my crafting enough to make the bows took a good 3-4 hours of playing. Meanwhile the nobles are complaining that they haven't got enough food! Basic bows should probably be something the nobles start with, like the stone axe. You can make them with higher prestige later, and still make fine short bows later on as well.
