GAME BREAKING infinite refueling

So, I had a fire pit indoors, next to forge etc before I realized they have to be outside (doesn't make sense). After moving them outside a settler is perma-stuck refueling a non-existent fire pit in-doors.

I have to CONSTANTLY que up commands and after they are done doing something, she goes right back to the fire pit that's not actually there.ghost fire pit save
