Pathfinding Broken On Current Save

Just ran into a weird glitch on my latest run. Pathfinding for raids, and all of my units are mostly broken across the map. On this run I've dug down about 9 levels and on each level I'd strip mine a little to look for iron. Since I've started this endeavor the pathfinding has become inconsistent. Characters jog in place and seem to be running into invisible walls. Others draw the path that they want to walk, but then they just stand around idly instead of walking.
No one (enemies, allies, or my characters) can navigate the map anymore. Everything outside of my base is ruined basically.
There are a few issues I'm working on with pathing in the mid-late game that should help. If you send your save along, I'll make sure it addresses them. In the short term - open up one or more of the choke points going into where they're stuck - you should be able to get people to move in chunks (like sub 5-10) tiles at a time until you open something up. My apologies for the issue!
