Crash report (Object reference not set to an instance of an object)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

In the attached game file, remove the stairs, turn off In World UI in the eye tab, and then attempt to build something.

NOTE: removing the stairs may not be a required step, it's just something I've done every time.

The exception popped up multiple times, all with the same object hash, each time it happened.

I've got a fix for this one - don't worry about a save for it.... but! for future reference: C:\Users\[name]\AppData\LocalLow\Xobermon, LLC\Noble Fates

Still exists in 0.23.0.41, but it's somewhat more general than I was saying, I'll post a new issues for it.
