Separate Tanning as a Job
Tanning is unskilled labor utilizing crafting skill, but crafting skill affects crafting items and weapons. Since the tannery utilizes the Crafting skill, and because we can't assign entire crafting tables to specific people (only Tasks, and the people have to be reassigned w/ every task created), one of two scenarios occurs:
- My high-level crafters ditch the crafting table and start working the tannery, wasting their valuable time on unskilled labor
- My low-level crafters start working the crafting table, wasting resources and creating sub-par equipment
I think utilizing the crafting skill for Tannery is perfectly fine, but it should be a separate assignable Job. Otherwise, if we could set who's allowed to use specific tables, that would also resolve this issue.
