Grappling Hook and Holes

Odd Behavior when Nobles have grappling hooks equipped and digging a mine.

I have built strip mines before and nobles periodically get stuck on top of the mined out dirt and cannot jump off the 1 block high.  This to help prevent this I built a fence around the mine and had one set of stairs, so they would always start mining from the base and going in 1 direction.

However since I have started making grapplings hooks during their "wandering" or to gather the copper they grapple onto the fence and leap into the hole, getting them stuck with no way out.  So i have to keep breaking the walls down and reorienting the stairs to get them back out.
