Unable to remove item in crafting table task queue

Intermittently unable to remove an item in the Crafting Table Task Queue.  It will complete crafting the item, and the number will fall to Zero and the item cannot be removed.  Clicking the "remove" button does nothing.  You can increase that item's quantity to craft, and it will craft again, and again fall to zero, and remain on the list, not able to be removed.  Moving the table does not resolve.  Deconstructing the table and creating a new one resolves.
