[Crash] Crash when choosing "load game" while current gamestate has an escapee event

If current gamestate has an excape attempt, and you attempt to load from a save, game crashes.  Below is crash report:

The latest .octsav.gz in C:\Users\[name]\AppData\LocalLow\Xobermon, LLC\Noble Fates?

Some of my old saves are missing, oddly.  Went back to an old state and reproduced the issue (captured 3, treated 'em like crap as best i could, waited for escape attempt).  

Confirmed crashed on load.  Load this save, then attempt to load another:

There's an option that says how many autosaves to keep. You can up it if you want more!
