Dead prisoner protrait is still active after death

One of my prisoners died of her wounds and I butchered her but I still have her protrait active but empty.

I experienced the same.  2 "Years" passed, still an empty portrait of a prisoner that bled out shortly after capturing and then was butchered for some delicious orc meat.

If not - can you attach your savegame? The latest .octsav.gz in C:\Users\[name]\AppData\LocalLow\Xobermon, LLC\Noble Fates? Thanks!
