I think this is a little worse. Loading a save that was established after Ruler died but before he was buried/butchered/sold showed Zzzz's from his Corpse. He was buried, and the snores arose from the grave. However, a new ruler was not selected. Not sure if related? He was also dug up, and then butchered. The blood pile on the ground continued to snore. (saving and loading after this occurred caused the snores to no longer appear, but a new Ruler was still never selected)
