Next Ruler did not choose immediately

This issue is about the next ruler. When ruler get killed in a raid and followed by imp attack directly, the next ruler did not choose after all the battle is gone. In normal state right after ruler get killed, system will choose one of the follower to be the next ruler. You can see it here.
