Suggest to add tutorial how to increase Ruler self esteem

Since there is Toggle Ruler Control feature, mostly user will use it for making new experience. But there is a point where ruler have low esteem and cannot be controlled by user by pressing C button. Thus, a tutorial to increase ruler self esteem is needed since ruler self esteem sometimes become so low without doing anything wrong and user cannot use Toggle Ruler Control anymore.
