Can't kill animal using melee while in ruler mode.
When user launch the game and press "C" to enter ruler mode. User try to hit animal with melee. Notice that can't kill animal using melee while in ruler mode.

Fixed In:
Could make the default action for an untamed animal be to hurt it - was not doing that to avoid unintentional fights, but seems like a good change.
