GPU and Power usage is high

This issue is about GPU and power usage. Tested using ram 16GB but still the GPU is steady around 99%-100% yet the Power usage is very high consider the size of the game and the gameplay itself. You can see the attachment here

The fist thing that I did to play a new game is always turn off the shadow and lower the graphich because I am enjoy a good gameplay, not a game with only good graphics.
