After hold button on Toggle Ruler Control, the button disappeared

This issue occurs on Toggle Ruler Control. After press C button user can change the camera into Third Person when using ruler. On Toggle Ruler Control try go to door and hold E, then cancel the menu by click anywhere outside menu box. Notice that the button function disappeared. You can see it here
