Suggest to let the character finish their food when user toggle ruler

Actual condition: When the chars is starving and they're eating, user noticed that user can interrupt them eating.

Expected result: Suggest to let the character finish their food or at least until half full. besides, as a normal user i want to see the POV of the characters eating.
