Better to make Learning board for each person
The current learning board is to big since it contain all status of the person. It will be much helpful for user when it can be simplify by each member of the kingdom. This will make the board smaller and user will not confused which one of the learning process that still on going.

Perhaps the answer here is to add a tab to their character sheet for learning or ways to filter the giant tree - thinking.
