Noble buffs/boosts based on owned rooms
If I build a noble a big bedroom, personal dining area, all the things, well decorated, I would like them to get what amounts to a "Rested" bonus you might see in other games.
What would the buff/boost do? Easy to come up with effects I think.
Faster walkspeed, more health, more damage, faster work, more effective work, skill boosts...
This would give me a reason to build beyond what the noble expects (which is not much, in my limited experience).
Overall, reward the player for going beyond the nobles expectations.
This is alternative to increasing the base noble expectations (carrot vs stick). I would also like the noble expectations to be higher, but perhaps the carrot works better here!
