Make An Option to Have Auto Assign Rules Per Noble

It would be nice if I could have nobles auto select per their own individual rules. I could have only a few nobles that I want auto claiming, or maybe I build a few nobles to have the exact gear I want so I don't want them auto equipping new things.

Would be extra nice if there was a specific buff point filter, meaning I could set my builders to only take equipment that has building buff, or to have at least some # of + points to a specific skill. For example I want to keep a certain noble at 20 crafting or 20 melee
