Click & drag (or edge scrolling) to move camera
Apologies if I missed a setting for this already in the game, but it'd be awesome if we could (right?) click & drag to move the camera. Even just edge scrolling with the mouse would be nice. I think that and bringing up the game menu are the last things remaining to make the game playable with only a mouse, which would really help accessibility. :)

Signed up here just to vote for this, because it's actually a fairly critical feature for me. I basically can't play this style of game without click drag camera movement; it's a pretty common feature in most games like this, so it's because pretty instinctual for me to try to move the camera by clicking and dragging, and as a result I tend to play games like this with my hands off the keyboard (aside from specific circumstances where I might want specific key shortcuts, like opening menus or changing game speed).
It probably seems like a pretty minor issue to most people, but it's one of those little things that I just can't get used to, that makes it hard for me to actually get into something. When I instinctively reach for the mouse to move the camera, and then it doesn't work... it can get frustrating :/
