Faster cooking is needed to support large kingdom

As  Rim World, it should be beneficial if cook can make multiple dishes per try. 

I prefer large kingdom, but I found it's really hard to feed large kingdom, just because the cooking speed is too slow. 

My observation is,  feeding 13 nobles needs 2 stoves and 2 cooks (assigned for cook only) without break.
