Guarding Nobles get Frozen on Training Dummy

Nobles will go to certain training dummies and position to attack them then stand still, gaining no experience. Not sure why and it's only with certain training dummies.

I never touch limits, so not sure.

He's in the attack animation but just staring at it. If you rebuild the training dummy sometimes they won't do it any more.
