Autonomous Jobs Gives Nursing to Mortals with Extreme Dislike

The autonomous job system works really well for keeping up with how people are leveling and assigning jobs based upon that. My one problem utilizing it is that it always assigns nursing to mortals that really hate it- and I end up suffering esteem problems because of it.

Would be nice for it to at a baseline not assign it to them- if not have an option to have it not do such.

I think being able to use the autonomous system per mortal would also be nice. Some people are just general workers- others specialized. I can't have one specifically do a task with jobs I want without turning the whole system off.
