Items show up in "Belongings" tab but not Quick View

The quick view of the selected noble (lower right of screen) *sometimes* won't show a building that the noble owns. In this screenshot, Gim owns this shack. He's even sleeping there. But the quick view in the lower right doesn't show the shack in his inventory (and yes, I've scrolled down on that list, looking for it). 

While writing this post, I noticed *none* of my nobles had their buildings showing up. But about an hour ago, they had little squares of pink or green in that list, showing buildings they owned. In both cases, the buildings did show up in the "belongings" tab. That's how I figured out I had assigned some shacks to some nobles that didn't actually need it!
