Advanced starting party customization

I'd like to have (optional) advanced customization of my starting party:
* visuals
* name
* traits
* skills and skill potentials
* no korn-god-thingie stuff, just mere mortals...

I'm aware that this can change the overall gaming experience and opinions on this may vary greatly, but it would help a lot players who like me start over often to build the "perfect" settlement...
