Task Details -> Assigned to: Better display

This might be asked much, but id like to see the "Assigned to"-Option in the Task details display less info but more details.

- Just show nobles there that have actually the job assigned and not everyone

And

- Show for the ones who have the job assigned if they already learned the item in question or not

This would make training new crafters and setting up your production so much easier!
