Want somehow being repeated

I have one noble named Warf that keeps repeating his want - same item, same prestige. He wants a 13p upper gear piece that I solved with 82p pauldrons. As soon as he got them, it said Want satisfied. A few seconds later (not even a full minute) it said he wanted the same exact thing. This time I just let it go, and maybe about 3 minutes later it said he was satisfied again. But almost immediately it came up saying he wanted it yet a third time. Same piece, same prestige. This time I have been waiting for it to say it was satisfied on it's own again, but nothing yet for the past 10 minutes.
