Nobles shouldnt take half-finished stuff from Workbenches

Title, nobles/guests tend to move half-finished stuff around like crazy cause they go eat during crafting, another one carries the half finished stuff to store, then the first one picks it up from store again to continue it. Idk if there is a reason for this, but it leads to unneeded running arround of nobles a lot.
