Rename "Buck" and "Doe" to "Deer" so they're together in the animals tab

It's weird that I have to scroll past my cattle to get to my does after I've selected my bucks.

Also in a game where all cattle are cows and can be milked, and 1/3 people is nonbinary, and orcs don't have any gender in their names, it seems a little off to have different sexes given different species-level names -- but that's just my aesthetic opinion.
