Resources in the water

- Resources (like stone) shouldn’t spawn in water if we can’t collect them This is probably one of the most ANNOYING parts of this game right now. Oh I need stone, but I can't get this big rock in the water next to me? I have to go to the other side of that entire lake?? UGH! Yeah I've got issues with it, lol!
