Crafting Maintain Breaks on Occation

Unsure what triggered this but, but noticed that my crafting benches were not producing maintain crafting recipes.  When I checked they all had unable to learn as their error prompt.  When I checked learning tab, my crafter, and even set the assigned crafter to that person they met all requirements. 

I tried creating a single create request for that same item and it was successful, but the maintain order still has the error.

If I toggle it back to quantity instead of maintain it removes the error.  Putting it back to maintain puts the error back.  I only have 2 bronze axes in storage and the maintain is set to <3.  This was the same issues for armors that I also had on maintain.
