Ability to set individual noble/serf jobs to automatic

Have an automatic job functionality but for each individual noble/serf rather than global.

With the way the leveling system and gearing system works it is tremendously tedious to keep assigning and reassigning jobs as well as adjusting them based on gear and level ups.

However given the rng nature of skills, sometimes I just want someone to just do whatever as like a filler noble/serf whereas some noble/serfs that have seen many moons have become rather dedicated to a singular craft.

Only way to deal with this currently, is toggle automatic, turn it off, then re manually set your dedicated minion as the automatic does a decent job but wiffs it on occasion. This however now has everyone as none flexible until you perform this maneuver again.
