Building placement off vertical grid when placing in dug out area
Walls won't align.
Dug out part of a hill. Tried to place a wall starting on surface level and extending into dug out area, but walls are placing below the 'top soil' layer of ground when in a dug out area and won't place in line with walls on surface level. By appearances the ground they're placing on is the same elevation.

Ah yes - this is a little trick we do when there are visible bellow-ground walls from a layer below the current visible layer so that they don't poke through the ground. We can probably improve this.
