Socialization

Possibility to have Nobles/Serfs communicate on their own for socialization with visitors. I have a few nobles who refuse to talk with anyone at all even when not busy (schedule is set to any), just roam around complaining they haven't spoke in a long time. I have to use my ruler and communicate with them manually
