Can't execute while in ruler mode.

When user launch the game and press "C" to enter ruler mode. User try to kill a boar. After the boar knocked down, notice that can't execute while in ruler mode. When user turn off the ruler mode user can execute the boar.

Note: - It occurs to human and other type of entities that can be killed.
