When user turn the "Guided Experience" on, the UI will be gone even user has made it to the mid game.

When user launch the game and use the dev side save data (that begin in the mid-game progress). After that user open the option menu then activate the Guided Experience. Notice that when user turn the "Guided Experience" on, the UI will be gone even user has made it to the mid game.
