Ruler will stuck and can't go nowhere if user make him walk on the top of the lake.

When user launch the game and take control the ruler. User make the ruler walk on to the top of the lake. After that user press "C" once more to close the ruler control mode. Notice that ruler will stuck and can't go nowhere if user make him walk on the top of the lake.
