Show a default schedule when toggling schedule automation off

As a new player, I have no idea how much sleep or eating time the nobles need by default! Currently if I toggle automation off for schedules, I get a blank slate. That is scary!

Please replace the blank schedule with a basic, functioning, default one. Then I can tweak it carefully, knowing that the values will somewhat work.
