Allow pausing building construction.

Unticking "build" when selecting a planned construction should pause the construction, keeping the hologram in place, while your builders and deliverers ignore it. This would make it easier to plan your constructions ahead of time, before you have the materials/labor to actually complete it. As of this build, when the player unticks "build" on a hologram, the build gets cancelled entirely and you have to place it again.

Paused holograms should be visually different from unpaused holograms so the player can identify a paused hologram easily. Maybe make them a different color, one the user can adjust in the settings.
