Ability to "Lock" a job assignment and priority

When dealing with Large Kingdoms, it can become challenging to make sure I have the correct amount of Nobles assigned to certain jobs. Auto-assignment is useful because it takes a lot of the manual process out, but there are some nobles who I want to be performing certain jobs at certain priorities. Even when manually assigning, it would be useful if I could lock a job and priority for a noble so that I can be sure I don't accidentally change it, and also if the lock job had a UI indication, like a golden border, I could see at a quick glance what nobles I have assigned to important jobs and what their priority is. (a table with numbers gets confusing to look at).
