Unplayable after crash
I had a crash after cancelling a build order; now when I load in my game, the loading screen takes forever and once in the main menu it seems to get stuck on 1FPS and is absolutely unplayable.
Things I’ve tried;
-Rebooting PC
-Reinstalling
-Cache clean-up
-Update drivers (wasn’t necessary)
Other games are working just fine.

First, do you have any Citrix software installed? Maybe for work?
How about Antivirus - using anything specific?
