Item Carry Crash???

I was playing the game as normal.
But I noticed all my characters/people were "relaxing" while I had all of them to work at this time.
I also noticed a large amount of them were just chilling in a specific spot, which had fire arrows on the floor. And they were making this annoying spamming sound, so I went to control the king and pick them up, but after picking a specific one up, the game crashed. (There was two cotton seeds on the floor, could've been one of them too.)
